How long until SEO produces real results?

You'll see technical movement by month 2 (indexing, schema, GA4 reporting live). Long-tail rankings usually start moving in month 3 or 4. AI citations show up around month 5 or 6. Organic quote requests become predictable in months 7 to 12. Faster timelines exist only in pitches that don't survive contact with Google.

Do we need a new website or can we improve the existing one?

Usually you don't need a new site. Most freight forwarder sites have good bones. They just need technical SEO, schema, content, and conversion optimization. If a rebuild is genuinely needed, we'll tell you directly.

What kind of operational work do you actually build?
