I work across the whole stack: brand and marketing site, the app behind it, the AI and automation that cut the busywork, and the backend that ties it together. Close enough to the work to know what actually moves the needle, and what’s just noise.
The job isn’t to hand you a deck. It’s to figure out the two or three things worth building, then build them so they ship.
Most of what I do isn’t advisory. It’s hands-on: sitting with the team, designing the thing, writing the code, shipping it, and owning the outcome. When the project ends, you have working software, not a slide deck.
