Operations & Automation for Freight Forwarders
Quote forms that route domestic vs international to the right ops lead. Carrier onboarding with e-signature and insurance tracking. HubSpot cleanup. GoldMine migrations. The plumbing your team currently does in email, Excel, and sticky notes.
Who this is for
Your sales team re-keys the same quote into three places. You're tracking carrier insurance expirations in someone's head. Your GoldMine database has 15,000 contacts and you can't search it. You keep meaning to hire an ops person, but the real problem is that half the job shouldn't exist. That's what we fix.
What we build
- Quote request forms with routing: domestic vs international, by mode, by lane, by service type. Formatted email to the right inbox, logged to your CRM.
- Carrier onboarding: e-signature packet, document upload, insurance expiration flagging, compliance checks.
- HubSpot setup, cleanup, and training for freight. Pipelines built around RFQ, quoted, won, shipment. Not generic SaaS stages.
- CRM customization: freight-specific fields (lane, mode, Incoterm, shipment history, insurance expiry).
- GoldMine migrations to modern CRMs, with field mapping and data cleanup.
- Internal dashboards: pull data from Supabase, HubSpot, your TMS, or a Google Sheet into one screen.
- n8n automations: alerts, routing, data sync, escalations, scheduled jobs.
- Sea freight quoting and rate calculators.
Our approach
We fix the problem you actually have.
You don’t need a CRM. You need to stop losing deals because your ops lead can’t tell which accounts are going quiet. We start from the outcome and work back to the tool. Sometimes that’s HubSpot, sometimes it’s a 100-line n8n workflow, sometimes it’s deleting a spreadsheet.
Everything we build is yours on day one.
Source code, accounts, credentials, documentation. Delivered at project close. We hold access for support if you want us to. We hand it over if you don’t.
We have no vendor deals.
No HubSpot affiliate payout. No Supabase reseller agreement. We recommend what works for your workflow, which sometimes means telling you to stay on the tool you have and fix three things instead of migrating.
